Location is stellar -- close to a beautiful park and various eateries! The staff was professional and warm. They enhanced our experience.

Street noise was bothersome during the night! The breakfast could use more variety beyond the usual options.

The room was generous-sized, functional with breakfast and the overall experience was nice. There were facilities such as a small mini fridge, a safe box, and a TV. The location was particularly good, because a railway station was based close to the hotel.

Well, the area was poor overall.

The breakfasts were satisfactory with cheese and also nice ham and the staff were obliging, did not rush us.

The hotel offers a fantastic location just 100 meters from the metro station. The staff here really impressed me, from the friendly receptionists to the cute team in the breakfast area. The cleanliness of the common areas and the rooms was great. My room had a mini-bar, which I appreciated, and though the bed was firm, I still found it comfortable overall. Parking at 18€ per day was a little steep but the covered area was secure and accessible. It can only fit one person with luggage, which can be inconvenient during busy times. I'd recommend this hotel for its great service and cleanliness, but those seeking more spacious rooms or more moderate parking costs might want to consider their options.

The bathroom is very clean and all is working well. Bed and room also the clean. Good bonus - silences in the night! For me it make this hotel is very pleasant for stay. Not in city center. But it not a problem. Metro is very close and a lot of buses.

Value for monwy, proximity to central Madrid

Some of the rooms in the second floor are obsolete and smoky. One of the times I stayed I was allocated a room on 2nd floor and requested to change. Then I was given a room by the lift, on the 7th floor. Great room, but lots of noise. I guess the walls are thin.

Positive, The location was convenient, right by a metro station. My single room was small but comfortable, with nice plasterwork. Breakfast was decent, and the staff were super friendly. I appreciated the clean sheets and towels 😊

It can barely fit your luggage, and good luck if you're waiting during rush hours. The outdated decor and occasional unpleasant odors from some rooms need urgent attention!!!

The air-conditioning was very welcome on arrival and the enclosed carpark next to the hotel was good and reassuring. The metro station was just across the road.

location very close to at least one cafe and southern spain and the legazpi metro station. right next to matadero madrid. air conditioned and good-sized room with pleasant views, a mini bar, climate control and an individual safe.

Cleans up nice!

I really enjoyed the spacious room and how tidy everything was! The staff was super friendly and helped out with breakfast tips. The location is awesome for grabbing the metro, but the parking fees were kinda high. A nice place for a family stay.

The location is perfect, very close to the metro - Line 3 to the city center and Line 6 (circular) to train/bus stations. The airport is also reachable just through the metro in 1 hour.

The room (double one) was pretty small.

Great location to Gate of Toledo. Very good breakfast selection for all tastes with cheese and nice ham, as for instance.
